Leon Arnott made Mac ports of Flywrench and You Found the Grappling Hook!

Exciting times! Nidhogg has been nominated for three awards at this year’s Independent Games Festival in San Francisco: Excellence in Design, the Nuovo Award, and the Grand Prize! It also picked up a few other awards along the way.. In the UK it won the Rockpapershotgun Audience Award a the Eurogame Expo as well as the Audience Award at Austin’s Fantasitic Arcade.

If you’re in SF during the IGF/GDC you don’t want to miss the Nidhogg party my girlfriend Kristy is throwing after the awards ceremony on the 2nd. Tournaments + DJs Baiyon and GDFX…

You can also play Nidhogg for a limited time at the “Learn to Play” exhibition in Cupertino… a little practice for the tournament couldn’t hurt!

I’m putting some finishing touches on the game now and plan to have it available for you all sometime soon after the IGF stuff is over with, so think March-ish. I’ll update once I have a firm date.
